Beautiful podium!

Podium was exactly what I hoped for - a mix of modern and traditional, classy and "churchy". Only issue was that the top board did not square up with the bottom board (it's a little off when you look down at it - something that bugs me, but wouldn't be noticed by anyone not standing right in front of the podium). We drill the lower bolt holes a bit oversized so there is some adjustment there. Try loosening those bolts and straightening it out a little then tighten them back up. Let me know if that helps.

Beautiful podium!!

Beautiful podium, but we did not receive the bronze finish as we ordered. No one has responded to my previous communication to fix the problem.

Tara, I am very sorry you did not receive the bronze finish that you had ordered back in June 2017 but this is truly the first contact you have had with me about the problem. Unfortunately contacting us 7 months after you have received your merchandise there is not much I can do to help. I responded to your email that I received this morning 01/12/8 as well as to this post but we would be happy to help you find a powder coating facility in your area to resolve your issue. Typically a phone call on the day you received the wrong podium would have remedied your issue as we at Envisionary Images pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. I am disappointed with the 3 star review for sure considering you have had 7 months to call. My phone number is not hidden.
